Or perhaps more accurately: To provide people with whatever
information I have.. however biased or misinformed :)
For those who don't already know, a local Kingston ISP has blocked access to some of it's web pages from
Wave (High Speed Cable Modem) customers. Since non-Wave people don't get to see the protest page, I have
placed a copy here, along with a discussion thread from the 'cablenet.general' newsgroup, which is
available only to Cablenet subscribers.
Disclaimer: I am a Cable Modem 'Test Pilot', and so I am biased. The following links are to pages the
contents of which I am not the author. If anyone knows of any other information on this matter that
should be included I'll be happy to add it.

I have received an email message
from Steve Cole, President & Systems Administrator of Kingston Online Services. Steve has noted that my
mirrored pages are out of date and there is now a direct link to the main protest page that anyone can view:
